Why this survey is being conducted:

This survey is being conducted to help those currently serving in the military and future generations of veterans. Everyone that serves must take off the uniform at some point. Over the years, we’ve found that many individuals experience challenges during their transition. Our goal is to understand the positive aspects and challenges veterans face so that we can help better prepare them for a successful transition into the civilian workforce.

Who is fielding this survey:

We are a group of independent veterans that have successfully transitioned into the civilian workforce. Our years of service range from less than five to more than twenty years and include both officer and enlisted experience. Our experience ranges from private to public organizations. In addition, we’ve coached many through the transition process and hired veterans into a variety of civilian positions.

How to accesss the results:

Results to date are now available. As we gather additional data, we'll continue to release key observations and will publish a formal report in the coming months.

Who should participate:

Participation is requested from anyone that served in the US Armed Forces, regardless of the branch or years of service. Since participation is 100% anonymous, we ask that you provide honest responses so that we can best help our current and future military veterans. The on-line questionnaire is easy to complete and only takes about 10-15 minutes.
